When learning Reiki, one of the elements of the
learning process is the hand placements.  Reiki is used
to do work on a persons energy & chakras, so the
traditional hand positions are placed over the chakras
of the body.

Traditional Hand Placements
It is important to know that although these
placements are the universal traditional placements,
other hand placements are used through the Reiki
